Though his life began in real pain, abandonment, and hopelessness before the Jones-Moreno family adopted him, Caleb refused to let those things define him. He rose above his circumstances to live with joy, faith, and a contagious kindness that changed lives.
Caleb's journey deeply shaped RURO's mission. His cancer diagnosis in 2019 strengthened our resolve to care for the poor, sick, and vulnerable. Following Caleb's transition to heaven on February 14, 2024, we remain committed to carrying on his legacy.
Caleb's Heart Foundation funds:
- Yearly scholarships for orphans to receive a quality education and for widows to receive training and skills to provide for their children
- Sports and art camps for underserved youth
- Constructing a Healed Ones Home in Uganda, providing holistic care to impoverished children battling cancer
